Who I Work With
My clients include individuals, couples, and families with children who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer work for them. At our core, we want relief from emotional strain and relational tension. We want clarity, connection, and a sense of stability.
We seek therapy because we care—about ourselves, our relationships, and our children—and want to break unhelpful patterns before they become entrenched. We are looking for meaningful, lasting change: a calmer inner world, stronger relationships, and a family system where everyone feels seen, supported, and understood.
My Approach
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand their thought patterns, regulate emotions, and respond to stress in healthier ways. Together, we work on managing anxiety, reducing overwhelm, strengthening self-esteem, and breaking cycles of perfectionism.
